سياسة الخصوصية

«تنوّر» منصّة دعوات رقميّة. أنت تكتب تفاصيل مناسبتك، ونحن نطبعها على تصميمٍ جاهز، وترسل رابطها لمن تدعوهم. هذه الصفحة تقول بالضبط ما نحفظه من بيانات، وأين، ومن يستطيع رؤيته.

ما نجمعه منك

حسابك: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، رقم الجوال، والدولة.
محتوى دعوتك: أسماء العروسين، التاريخ والوقت، اسم القاعة وعنوانها وموقعها على الخريطة، نصّ الدعوة، برنامج المناسبة، والملاحظات.
الصور والموسيقى التي ترفعها للدعوة.
قائمة مدعوّيك: أسماؤهم، وأرقام هواتفهم وبريدهم إن أدخلتها، ومجموعاتهم وعدد المقاعد المسموح لكلٍّ منهم.
ردود المدعوّين: الحضور أو الاعتذار، عدد الحاضرين، الاسم، ورقم الهاتف والملاحظات إن طلبتَها في نموذج الردّ.
سجلّ الدفع: المبلغ والعملة، والمحفظة التي حوّلت منها، ورقم العمليّة الذي تكتبه بنفسك.
عدد مرّات فتح الدعوة، كرقمٍ إجماليّ بلا هويّة أحد.

لا نجمع بيانات بطاقات على الإطلاق. لا يوجد في المنصّة حقلٌ لرقم بطاقة، ولا بوّابة دفع. أنت تحوّل المبلغ من محفظتك إلى محفظة الاستوديو خارج الموقع، ثمّ تكتب لنا رقم العمليّة لنؤكّدها. ما نحفظه هو ذلك الرقم والمبلغ، لا وسيلة دفعك.

ما نستخدمه لأجله

طباعة دعوتك وعرضها على من يفتح رابطها.
إنشاء روابط المدعوّين واستقبال ردودهم وعرضها لك.
تأكيد دفعتك وإصدار سجلٍّ بها.
التواصل معك بشأن طلبك: بريدٌ من sales@tnawer.com، أو رسالة واتساب على الرقم الذي أعطيتنا إيّاه. رقم الجوال مطلوبٌ لهذا السبب تحديدًا.
عرض السعر ووسائل الدفع الصحيحة لبلدك.

لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها في إعلانات، ولا نشاركها مع مُعلنين.

ما يراه الآخرون

ثلاثة أشياء في هذا المنتج علنيّةٌ بطبيعتها، ومن حقّك أن تعرفها قبل أن ترفع شيئًا:

الدعوة المنشورة عامّة لمن يملك رابطها. لا تحتاج حسابًا، ولا كلمة سرّ. وهذا هو المقصود: الرابط يُرسَل في مجموعات واتساب. لا تكتب في الدعوة ما لا تريد أن يقرأه من يُعاد إرسال الرابط إليه.
الصور والموسيقى التي ترفعها يمكن فتحها بمن يملك رابط الملفّ مباشرةً، حتى دون فتح الدعوة. هذا ما يجعلها تظهر بسرعة لكلّ ضيف.
رابط المدعوّ الشخصيّ يفتح دعوته ويسمح بالردّ نيابةً عنه لمن يحمله. إن أعاد أحد المدعوّين إرسال رابطه، يستطيع من وصله أن يردّ مكانه.

وما عدا ذلك مغلق: لا يصل أحدٌ إلى مسوّدّاتك ولا إلى قائمة مدعوّيك ولا إلى ردودهم إلّا أنت، بحساب مسجَّل الدخول. القاعدة نفسها تمنع ذلك، لا الواجهة.

أين تُخزَّن

على خوادم Supabase في فرانكفورت، ألمانيا، وهي مزوّد قاعدة البيانات والحسابات وتخزين الملفّات لدينا. والموقع نفسه مُستضاف لدى Hostinger.

من نستعين بهم

Supabase: قاعدة البيانات، الحسابات، وتخزين الصور والموسيقى.
Hostinger: استضافة الموقع، وإرسال بريدنا.
Google: فقط إن اخترت «المتابعة عبر Google». في تلك الحالة نستلم منها اسمك وبريدك الإلكتروني، ولا شيء آخر، ولا تستلم Google منّا محتوى دعوتك.
Google Analytics: لنعرف كم زائرًا يفتح الصفحات وأيّها. يصل Google عنوان الصفحة ونوع متصفّحك وبلدك تقريبًا — ولا يصل اسمك ولا بريدك ولا رابط دعوتك ولا رابط أيّ مدعوّ.
ipwho.is: خدمة تخمّن دولتك من عنوان اتّصالك لنعرض لك السعر والعملة الصحيحين قبل أن تخبرنا. يصل إليها عنوان IP الخاصّ بك، ولا يصلها اسمك ولا بريدك. وإن اخترتَ دولتك بنفسك فلن نسألها.

كلمة السرّ

لا نراها ولا نحفظها. تُخزَّن مشفَّرةً بطريقةٍ لا يمكن عكسها، ولا يستطيع أحدٌ في الاستوديو قراءتها. وإن أنشأنا لك حسابًا بأنفسنا فأنت من يضبط كلمتها من الرابط الذي يصلك، ولا نعرفها في أيّ لحظة.

كم تبقى

ما دام حسابك قائمًا.
تستطيع حذف أيّ مسوّدة لم تُدفع بنفسك، فتُحذف نهائيًّا.
الدعوة المدفوعة تُؤرشَف ولا تُحذف تلقائيًّا، لأنّ سجلّ الدفع مرتبطٌ بها وهو سجلٌّ محاسبيّ.
لحذف حسابك وكلّ ما فيه، راسلنا على sales@tnawer.com من البريد المسجَّل، وننفّذ ذلك.

حقوقك

تستطيع الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل حسابك في أيّ وقت: صفحة الإعدادات لبياناتك، والباني لمحتوى الدعوة، وصفحة المدعوّين لقائمتك. ولك أن تطلب نسخةً منها أو حذفها بمراسلتنا.

الأطفال

المنصّة ليست موجَّهةً لمن هم دون الثامنة عشرة، ولا ننشئ لهم حسابات عن قصد.

تغييرات على هذه السياسة

إن تغيّرت، سيتغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث في أعلى الصفحة. والتغيير الجوهريّ نخبر به أصحاب الحسابات القائمة بالبريد.

Privacy Policy

Tnawer is a digital invitation studio. You write your event's details, we print them onto a finished design, and you send the link to your guests. This page says exactly what we keep, where, and who can see it.

What we collect from you

Your account: name, email, phone number and country.
Your invitation: the couple's names, the date and time, the venue with its address and map location, the invitation text, the programme and any notes.
Photographs and music you upload.
Your guest list: names, and phone numbers or email addresses where you enter them, along with groups and seat allowances.
Your guests' replies: attending or not, how many, their name, and a phone number and notes if you ask for them.
Payment records: the amount and currency, the wallet you transferred from, and the transaction reference you type in yourself.
How many times an invitation was opened, as a total, tied to nobody.

We never collect card details. There is no card field anywhere in the product and no payment gateway. You transfer from your own wallet to the studio's, outside this site, and then tell us the transaction reference so we can confirm it. What we store is that reference and the amount, never your means of payment.

What we use it for

Printing your invitation and showing it to whoever opens its link.
Making guest links, collecting replies, and showing them to you.
Confirming your payment and keeping a record of it.
Reaching you about your order, by email from sales@tnawer.com or by WhatsApp on the number you gave us. That is why the phone number is asked for.
Showing the right price and payment methods for your country.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or share it with advertisers.

What other people can see

Three things here are public by nature, and you should know before you upload anything:

A published invitation is open to anyone holding its link. No account, no password. That is the point of it: the link is pasted into group chats. Do not write anything on the sheet you would not want a person the link was forwarded to reading.
Photographs and music you upload can be opened directly by anyone holding the file's own link, without opening the invitation. It is what makes them load quickly for every guest.
A guest's personal link opens their invitation and can reply as them. If a guest forwards their link, whoever receives it can answer in their place.

Everything else is closed. Nobody reaches your drafts, your guest list or your replies but you, signed in. The database itself enforces that, not the interface.

Where it is stored

On Supabase servers in Frankfurt, Germany, our database, account and file storage provider. The site itself is hosted with Hostinger.

Who else is involved

Supabase: database, accounts, and file storage.
Hostinger: website hosting and our outgoing email.
Google: only if you choose "Continue with Google". We then receive your name and email address and nothing else, and Google receives none of your invitation's content from us.
Google Analytics: so we know how many people open which pages. Google receives the page address, your browser type and your approximate country — never your name, your email, your invitation's link or any guest's link.
ipwho.is: guesses your country from your connection so we can show the right price before you tell us. It receives your IP address, not your name or email. If you pick your country yourself, we do not ask it.

Your password

We never see it and never store it. It is kept hashed in a form that cannot be reversed, and nobody at the studio can read it. If we create an account for you, you set the password yourself from a link we send, and we do not know it at any point.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists.
You can delete any unpaid draft yourself, and it is gone.
A paid invitation is archived rather than deleted, because the payment record belongs to it and is an accounting record.
To delete your account and everything in it, write to sales@tnawer.com from your registered address and we will carry it out.

Your rights

You can see and change your data inside your account at any time: the settings page for your details, the builder for the invitation, the guests page for your list. You may also ask us for a copy of it, or for it to be deleted.

Children

The platform is not aimed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly create accounts for them.

Changes to this policy

If it changes, the date at the top of this page changes. Anything material we will tell existing account holders about by email.
