الشروط والأحكام

باستخدامك «تنوّر» فأنت توافق على ما يلي. وهي مكتوبةٌ بلغةٍ واضحة قدر الإمكان، لأنّ شرطًا لا يفهمه العميل ليس اتّفاقًا.

ما هي الخدمة

نبيع دعوةً رقميّة: تصميمٌ مرسومٌ مسبقًا، تضع فيه تفاصيل مناسبتك وصورك وموسيقاك، فيصير صفحةً على الإنترنت لها رابطٌ ترسله لمن تدعوهم، ولوحةً تتابع منها الردود.

ما لا نبيعه: لا يوجد محرّر تصميم. التصميم ثابتٌ كما رُسم، وأنت تملأ كلماته وصوره ولا تحرّك عناصره ولا تغيّر خطوطه. هذا هو المنتج.

حسابك

تحتاج حسابًا لتصنع دعوة، وبيانات صحيحة فيه.
أنت مسؤولٌ عن كلمة سرّك وعمّا يجري من حسابك.
حسابٌ واحد لشخصٍ واحد. لا تشاركه.
لنا أن نوقف حسابًا يُستخدم في مخالفة هذه الشروط، أو في إيذاء غيره، أو في محاولة اختراق المنصّة.

الدفع

دفعةٌ واحدة لكلّ دعوة. لا اشتراك شهريّ، ولا حدّ لعدد المدعوّين.
السعر يظهر لك بعملة بلدك قبل الدفع، وهو ما تلتزم به. لا نضيف رسومًا بعده.
الدفع بالتحويل إلى إحدى محافظ الاستوديو المعروضة لك. تحوّل، ثمّ تُبلغنا برقم العمليّة.
الدفعة لا تُعتمد إلّا بعد أن يتحقّق منها أحدٌ من الاستوديو في المحفظة نفسها. قد يستغرق ذلك بعض الوقت، ونُعلمك حين تُعتمد.
إن أبلغتَ عن تحويلٍ لم نجده، نتواصل معك لتصحيح البيانات قبل أن نرفضه.

ما تكتبه وترفعه

محتواك يبقى ملكك. أسماؤكم وصوركم وكلماتكم لكم، ولا ندّعي ملكيّتها.
وتمنحنا بها إذنًا محدودًا: أن نخزّنها ونعرضها داخل دعوتك لمن يفتح رابطها. هذا الإذن ينتهي بحذف الدعوة أو الحساب.
لا نستخدم صور مناسبتك في تسويقنا إلّا إن طلبنا إذنك ووافقت صراحةً.
أنت تُقرّ بأنّك تملك حقّ استخدام ما ترفعه: الصور والموسيقى. ورفع موسيقى محميّة بحقوق نشرٍ لا تملكها مسؤوليّتك.
ممنوع رفع ما هو مخالفٌ للقانون، أو مسيء، أو ينتهك خصوصيّة غيرك.

مدعوّوك

حين ترفع قائمة مدعوّيك فأنت تُدخل بيانات أشخاصٍ آخرين. أنت مسؤولٌ عن أنّ من حقّك استخدام أرقامهم لدعوتهم، ونحن نستخدمها لغرضٍ واحد: إيصال دعوتك إليهم واستقبال ردّهم. لا نراسلهم بشيءٍ آخر أبدًا.

حين نبني الدعوة عنك

بعض العملاء يرسلون تفاصيلهم ونبني لهم. في هذه الحالة نُنشئ الحساب باسمك وترسل إليك رابطًا تضبط منه كلمة سرّك، فتصير الدعوة تحت يدك أنت. لا نعرف كلمة سرّك في أيّ لحظة.

توفّر الخدمة

نبذل ما نستطيع ليبقى الموقع والدعوات المنشورة متاحة، لكنّنا لا نضمن عملًا بلا انقطاع: قد ينقطع لصيانةٍ أو لعطلٍ عند مزوّدي الاستضافة.
ننصحك بالاحتفاظ بنسخةٍ من صورك عندك. المنصّة ليست أرشيفًا لصورك.
قد نُعدّل المنتج أو نضيف إليه أو نوقف ميزةً. وإن أثّر ذلك على دعوةٍ منشورة فسنُعلمك.

حدود المسؤوليّة

مسؤوليّتنا تجاهك محدودةٌ بما دفعته مقابل الدعوة المعنيّة. ولسنا مسؤولين عن خطأٍ في بياناتٍ كتبتَها بنفسك: التاريخ والمكان والأسماء تظهر لك في المعاينة قبل النشر، ومراجعتها مسؤوليّتك.

تغيير هذه الشروط

إن تغيّرت، سيتغيّر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلاه، ويُخطَر أصحاب الحسابات القائمة بالتغيير الجوهريّ بالبريد.

Terms of Service

By using Tnawer you agree to what follows. It is written as plainly as we can manage, because a term the customer does not understand is not an agreement.

What the service is

We sell a digital invitation: a finished, professionally drawn design that you fill with your event's details, photographs and music. It becomes a web page with a link you send to your guests, and a dashboard where you follow their replies.

What we do not sell: there is no design editor. The design stays as it was drawn. You supply the words and the pictures; you do not move elements or change typefaces. That is the product.

Your account

You need an account to make an invitation, with accurate details in it.
You are responsible for your password and for what happens on your account.
One account per person. Do not share it.
We may suspend an account used to break these terms, to harm others, or to attack the platform.

Payment

One payment per invitation. No subscription, no limit on guests.
The price is shown in your country's currency before you pay, and that is what you owe. We add nothing after it.
Payment is a transfer to one of the studio wallets shown to you. You transfer, then tell us the reference.
A payment is only settled once somebody at the studio has found it in the wallet itself. That can take a little time, and we tell you when it is done.
If you report a transfer we cannot find, we contact you to correct the details before rejecting it.
For a question about a payment or a refund request, write to sales@tnawer.com before the invitation is published, and we will look at each case on its own.

What you write and upload

Your content stays yours. Your names, photographs and words are yours; we claim no ownership of them.
You give us a limited permission with them: to store them and display them inside your invitation to whoever opens its link. That permission ends when the invitation or the account is deleted.
We do not use photographs of your event in our marketing unless we ask and you agree explicitly.
You confirm you have the right to use what you upload. Uploading music you do not hold the rights to is your responsibility.
Nothing unlawful, abusive, or invading anyone else's privacy.

Your guests

When you upload a guest list you are entering other people's details. You are responsible for having the right to use their numbers to invite them, and we use them for one purpose: delivering your invitation and collecting their reply. We never message them about anything else.

When we build it for you

Some customers send their details and we build it. We then create the account in your name and send you a link to set your own password, so the invitation is in your hands. We do not know your password at any point.

Availability

We do what we can to keep the site and published invitations reachable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service: it may go down for maintenance or because of a fault at our hosting providers.
Keep your own copies of your photographs. This is not a photo archive.
We may change the product, add to it, or retire a feature. If that affects a published invitation, we will tell you.

Limits of liability

Our liability to you is limited to what you paid for the invitation concerned. We are not responsible for a mistake in details you typed yourself: the date, the venue and the names are shown to you in the live preview before publishing, and checking them is yours to do.

Changes to these terms

If they change, the date at the top changes, and existing account holders are told about anything material by email.
